Agencedps.com collaborated with Jump Films to facilitate the production of their latest winter clothing catalog, with the photo shoot and promotional video successfully completed in Dublin and Wicklow over the course of two days.
The Challenge
We contributed to various aspects of the winter catalog production in Ireland, encompassing the arrangement of film permits, location scouting, transportation, accommodation, catering, and equipment rental. Managing logistics for a talent and crew of over fifteen people presented a significant challenge, as it involved transporting and accommodating a large group.
The project spanned two days of shooting, preceded by two weeks of pre-production. The production team in Ireland included two producers, a camera operator, and a makeup artist.
The Solution
We ensured the organization of film permits, locations, transportation, talent, accommodation, catering, and equipment rental was completed well before the scheduled production dates. The recce involved selecting from a variety of locations, with options for accommodation and catering included. Transportation was provided through a thirty-seater executive coach and a chauffeur-driven Mercedes executive van specifically the production team and crew.
